Here's a topic for putting LONG TERM planning matters. Not "I can't make it next week" but "I'll be out the week of x and y and z 2 months from now"

For example:

Kirsten & I go to Seattle for 6/28 through 7/7, so no games 6/29 or 6/6.

We leave for Pennsic 7/24, returning 8/9, but probably no game on 8/10.
